This page explains what brittanyrosebookkeeping.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It also covers any text messages from Brittany Rose Bookkeeping. Effective October 27, 2026.

What the form collects

The enquiry form on this site collects the details you enter, which are your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, how you found the site, and any message you add. It also records the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

Those details are sent to Brittany so she can reply to you. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone outside Brittany Rose Bookkeeping except the service providers used to deliver and store the message.

Please do not send passwords, account numbers, or financial records through the form or the chat. Brittany will tell you how to share those securely once she knows what you need.

The chat assistant

The chat assistant on this site is automated, not a person. When you use it, it collects what you give it: your name, phone number and question, anything else you choose to tell it, such as an email address, the service you pick, how you found the site and when you would like a call, plus the language you write in and the chat itself. A copy of the chat goes to Brittany with your details so she can reply to you.

Your chat messages are also shared with the AI providers that run the chat assistant, which process them to write its replies.

The chat system keeps chat conversations for up to 180 days after the last message, then deletes them. The copy of the chat sent to Brittany with your request is kept the same way as an enquiry sent through the form.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use, and a small first-party cookie that notes whether you first arrived from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.

Calling or emailing uses your own phone or email provider and is subject to that provider's terms.

Text messages (SMS)

Brittany Rose Bookkeeping only sends text messages to people who opt in. Giving your phone number on its own, including on the enquiry form or in the chat, does not sign you up for text messages. If you do opt in, texts are only about your enquiry and the work Brittany does for you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out at any time. The full details are in the Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
